The Carpinteria-Summerland Fire Protection District is an "All Risk" emergency response agency, with highly experienced / trained personnel ready to respond 24/7. Specialized training includes: structural and wild land fire response, hazardous materials response, vehicle accidents, medical emergencies involving basic and advanced life support measures, water and confined space rescue, and response to natural and man-made disasters. Our personnel are required to maintain their proficiencies and skills on a continuing basis and to maintain their physical fitness on a daily basis.
