I would like to take the opportunity to welcome you to our website.  It is my intention that this website will provide you with information related to the services that we as an agency take pride in.

I began my fire career in 1987.  I can say with certainty that serving the community as a fire service professional brings great satisfaction.  I look forward to making connections between our department and the people we serve.

I am honored to serve as your Fire Chief.  I take the priority of community safety very serious and so does every member of our department.  I am proud to lead a team of dedicated people who take every opportunity to make sure Carpinteria and Summerland are safe places to live, work, play and visit.
