The Training Division


The training Battalion Chief is responsible for preparing and maintaining the staff’s skills needed to deliver effective services required of a multi-risk fire protection agency. The Training Division is also responsible for records management and Information Technology programs including apparatus mobile date computers and GIS mapping systems. The Training Division is responsible for updating all target hazard pre-plans. The Training Division is focused on supporting employees to qualify for promotion by delivering a thorough succession plan.
