Franklin Trail Hikers - Bear Sightings

Carpinteria-Summerland Fire Protection District received word from US Forest Service today, that there have been multiple bear sightings on the Franklin Trail.  The reports are that it's a mama bear and her cubs, which is the cause for concern.  Fish and Game has been notified.
